Hi, I am Ray. I am a large runner, who has been trundling around courses since January 2018.

I prefer a mix of Trail and Road events, being I live in London I tend to run more on Roads. Having dabbled with running once or twice, it wasn’t until a Runners Need was placed into the Cotswold Outdoor store I was working in that I kept it going, more so just to help with learning about the products that looked interesting.

I don’t mind that I am slow, for me it’s more important to just be active and have a bit of fun.

Road shoes: On Cloud Ace, On Cloud Flyer, On Cloud Surfer.

Trail shoes: Saucony Peregrine, On Cloud Venture, Brooks Cascadia.

Clothing: Under Armour, New Balance.

Other bits: Lanacane anti-chafe cream.
